RATS is Real Ale TasterS

We are a small group that meets occasionally to taste real ale - traditional cask conditioned real ale, or bottle conditioned real ale.

So far this year we have had tasting trips to Birmingham and  to Tamworth, and are arranging a visit to Banbury.

We also visit breweries, beer festivals, brewery taps, and meet in each others houses. 

Whilst, in principle, we are open to any member who shares our enthusiasm, limitations of house size, transport and smaller specialist pubs means that we have to keep the group small.
