We are an active (I refer to this as a spectrum - running across the court is not compulsory!) and fun (definitely) group. We sometimes laugh more than we score points and we would describe ourselves as a "social badminton" group. We are (well some of us,) most definitely not of a competitive league standard but we are competitive.

It would be fair to say that this group is not suitable for complete beginners because we have been playing together for over ten years now and have clawed our way up to some level of competence.
